One of the key elements of the governance program, which the candidate for the post of Prime Minister Igor Grosu will present at the parliamentary session, is the “anti-crisis package”.
On the air of a TV show on ProTV, Igor Grosu said that 11 billion lei is required to implement this package,
agora.md reported.
“We must tackle the law on the budget, which was voted on in December, revise it, revise the then budget expenditures, insignificant expenditures that are not a priority now - the purchase of machinery, equipment, 50 million for the repair of the tax office. The revision of budget expenditures will allow us to determine the resources for this anti-crisis package,” Grosu said.
The prime minister candidate said that the main priority of the "anti-crisis package" will be the area of health care.
“Another area will be to support those who have lost income and jobs. We will offer them at least 1000 lei per week. We will increase the fund for subsidies in agriculture to 1.5 billion lei, and increase the fund for guaranteeing loans to businesses. In addition to financial opportunities, we will create administrative conditions. The IRS doesn't have to be an institution that comes and doesn't go without imposing even a small fine. We need to change our attitude,” Grosu added.
Recall, on March 22, the Constitutional Court ruled that the nomination of Igor Grosu as a candidate for prime minister is constitutional and rejected PSRM's petition. Yesterday the candidate presented his government team and program.
