The author of the notice, Vice-Chairperson of the DA Platform, MP Dinu Plungau, believes that the parliamentary majority committed a number of violations of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, “when motivating these decisions solely with political considerations, without thinking about negative consequences of these obvious abuses, without including these topics on the agenda of the plenary meeting ", jurnal.md reported. The notice states an infringement on independence and immunity of constitutional judges, disregarding legal provisions and regulations that prevent parliament from passing these types of acts. The charges of unconstitutionality do relate to the process of considering and passing laws, and to the very object of the decrees that were voted on. Dinu Plangau declared as well about violation of the principle of separation and interaction of powers. The MP also said that after the submission of today's notifications, the chairman of the DA Platform, Andrei Nastase will file a complaint with the prosecutor's office to investigate the actions of the parliamentary majority on April 23.
