The foreign ministers of Ukraine and Moldova, during a meeting in Kiev, discussed, among other things, the signing of an agreement on the mutual recognition of coronavirus vaccination certificates. This was reported in the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry following the meeting of Dmytro Kuleba with acting Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova Aureliu Ciocoi, eurointegration.com.ua reports. According to the Foreign Ministry, the ministers highly appreciated the dynamics of the bilateral political dialogue and reaffirmed the readiness of both sides to develop cooperation in the spirit of good neighborliness. "The ministers agreed to hold in the near future bilateral expert consultations on the construction of a bridge in the area of ​​Yampol-Koseuti villages and adjacent infrastructure, conclude an agreement on the mutual recognition of vaccination certificates, intensify trade and economic cooperation, in particular, explore the possibility of canceling roaming charges for calls between Ukraine and Moldova," the communique reads. Preparations for the Crimean Platform summit to be held on August 23, in Kiev, were also discussed.
