To that end, it is proposed to create a lending fund for investment purposes at lower interest rates for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), develop a program to support innovations initiated by SMEs, revise the system of public services to ensure the immediate issuance of permits in cases where the required data is completely extracted from electronic registers of state bodies, etc. A revision of the regulatory framework related to public-private partnerships is also planned, the purpose of which is to strengthen control over state property. De-bureaucratization and simplification of labor relations between employers - small and micro-enterprises and their employees, simplification of tax relations with this category of taxpayers are also included in the project. In addition, the authorities intend to increase the average salary in the economy to 11,000 lei, the foreign investment inflow should increase to 1.5% of GDP. Also, at least 400 small and medium-sized enterprises will receive financial support for the development and expansion of their business, and at least 1000 economic entities will be provided with guarantees necessary to obtain loans through the loan guarantee fund.
