Putin’s first meeting with Biden as president took place in June. The new one may be held before the end of the year.
A new meeting between the presidents of the Russian Federation and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden, may take place before the end of the year, Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday, October 20.
“During the recent meeting between Ushakov and Nuland, various options were discussed and certain understandings were reached. Once they are concretized in terms of formats and dates, we will inform you. In one format or another, it is realistic before the end of the year,” said Peskov.
Recall, the first meeting between Putin and Biden took place on June 16 in Geneva.
