During this week, the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) has reduced the maximum cost of gasoline and diesel fuel several times. As a result, since the beginning of the week, the maximum cost of A-95 gasoline has decreased by 8 bans and on Monday, November 29, it will be 21 lei 2 bans per liter. The cost of diesel fuel has decreased by 22 bans, and on November 29, the price for this type of fuel will be 18 lei 11 bans. Prices for other types of fuel will be set by each gas station independently. Retail sale of basic petroleum products of a standard type at a price exceeding the maximum price set by ANRE is prohibited. Only in the last two months, from early October to early November, the price of gasoline has increased by more than 1.3 lei, and for diesel fuel by 1.1 lei. After a recent months’ significant increase, a smooth decline has been in place for more than a week.
