Russia is taking measures against the creeping threat that is spreading towards its borders. We see how NATO is gradually beginning to take over Ukraine. This is a red line for Russia,” he said. Also, the Kremlin once again stated that they are conducting military maneuvers on their own territory. “In any case, everything Russia does is done within the territory of the Russian Federation. And it’s not our soldiers who came to Latin America, it’s American soldiers who come here, that’s a big difference,” Peskov said.
