The citizens of Moldova will pay more for natural gas. The head of the National Bank, Octavian Armasu, said that final consumers will be offered tariff concessions in this regard.
“The gas price has grown even more, and the tariffs will be adjusted. This will give further impetus to inflation processes,” the NBM head said when presenting an inflation report.
According to Armasu, prices for all product categories were artificially kept down from 2010 to 2021 and increased by only 0.3 percent.
