This year is the most preferable for foreign investments in Moldova, Infrastructure and Regional Development Minister Andrei Spînu says.
The official said on TVR Moldova that this year Moldova would record economic growth for the first time in recent years, noi.md reports.
In the coming period, Moldova, thanks to its proximity to the EU, will have more growth. Despite the fact that we are in an extremely difficult geopolitical situation because of the war in Ukraine, we will see that this year we will come out of this crisis, which lasted almost two years, and we will have a year with a slight economic growth.
We hope that in the coming years the economic growth will increase together with the proximity to the EU. We as a country need to regain confidence in ourselves,” Andrei Spînu said.
The signals coming from the EU will encourage EU investors to invest in our country and this, according to the minister, will contribute to economic growth.
