Spinu Refused to Answer the Journalist from the Sor Channel: He Was Reminded of Being in Filat’s Team

The head of the Ministry of Economy found himself in an awkward situation when he refused to answer a journalist working for a TV channel affiliated with Ilan Sor. After the cabinet meeting, journalists from a number of media outlets asked questions of cabinet members, and when a journalist asked Spinu about the cost of public transport stops installed around the country, Spinu claimed: “I don’t answer journalists who work for the Sor criminal group.” In response, another journalist reminded Andrei Spinu that he was a member of Vlad Filat’s team, convicted in the “bank fraud” case, in which Ilan Sor was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
