This was announced by Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu in a post on his Facebook account. “Our colleagues – MPs Maria Acbas, Constantin Cheianu, Roman Cojuhari, Viorel Bostan and Nicolae Draganel – have decided to resign their parliamentary seats and return to their previous activities,” wrote Igor Grosu, according to bani.md. He thanked the parliamentarians for their work and stressed that, despite their departure, they would “remain part of the team that will continue to work for peace, development, European integration and Moldova’s future as part of the European Union”.
