Germany to Send Special Envoy for Decentralization to Ukraine

Germany will send to Ukraine a special representative on reforms in the field of governance and decentralization, said President Petro Poroshenko at a joint press conference with German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel. “Following my appeal to the German federal government the decision was made to send a special envoy for reforms in the field of governance and decentralization to our country”,Poroshenko said.
