Maia Sandu Announces New Partnership Moldova - NATO Action Plan

Moldovan authorities plan to discuss a new individual action plan of Moldova-NATO partnership this year, followed by the beginning of implementation of the second phase of the defense capacity building initiative for the Republic of Moldova, said Prime Minister Maia Sandu after the meeting with National Security Advisor to the President of the United States John Bolton, unimedia.info reports. According to her, the support of external partners in this matter is very important for the Republic of Moldova. “Today’s U.S. assistance for the modernization of the defense and security sector is about $15 million a year.
