Kremlin Excluded the Discussion on Crimea in any Format

The Kremlin ruled out the discussion of Crimea’s affiliation in the Normandy format, as previously proposed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Spokesman for Russian President Dmitry Peskov said on Monday, October 14, that this issue is closed. “With regard to placing the issue on Crimea for discussion on any format, whether Norman or some other, of course, this is out of the question. This issue was closed at the time,” RIA Novosti quoted an official representative of the Kremlin.
