Igor Munteanu about the New Cabinet: Everything Will Become Clear in the Near Future

The DA Platform member of Igor Munteanu believes that votes in parliament will be found in the near future to appoint a new government. The parliamentarian also indicated the approximate time – in July. Igor Munteanu said that currently the parliament is seeking a consensus. “Right now we have no impressive solutions. Impressive decisions will appear when the government is appointed,” the deputy added. Yesterday, DA Platform leader Andrei Nastase presented 15 priority measures for the first hundred days to be implemented by the “new government” which his party wants to take lead of. The party aims to radically reduce the mortality rate (COVID-19), contain the infection, ensure recovery of hospitalized patients, and strengthen the isolation capacity of infection foci. The DA platform also offers measures to protect, promote and stimulate medical personnel, including the establishment of the College of Physicians. The priorities also include capacity building for crisis prevention and management; the adequacy of fines and other measures to comply with epidemiological standards in equal form in relation to all citizens, including senior officials.
