Zelensky: IMF Threatened Depriving Ukraine of the Multibillion Loan

The President of Ukraine said that the country should adopt a new law restoring anti-corruption reforms Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the International Monetary Fund has threatened withdrawing from the agreement to provide Kiev with a $ 5 billion loan after the Constitutional Court ruled to overturn anti-corruption reforms last week. Zelensky noted as well that the agreement with the IMF and the regime of visa-free travel for Ukrainian citizens to the EU countries will be in jeopardy if Ukraine does not pass a new law on reforms restoration.
