Former Economy Minister Vadim Brinzan believes that the government of Ion Chicu should be replaced by a new "kamikaze government - a government of total crisis, which should at least not aggravate the situation until the political class changes." Brinzan stated this in an interview with Europa libera radio,  infotag.md reported. "It may include people who are ready for the fact that their term of work will not be very long, ready to make extremely unpopular decisions, however, they must know how to stabilize the situation. I am not even talking about how to improve it - I do not want to make false promises, but I want to stabilize the situation. And this can be done, including attracting external funding to stabilize the situation with the pandemic, " the ex-minister said. If the current cabinet remains, then he “does not see how the situation can improve, on the contrary, it will only get worse: it’s winter, the epidemiological situation is completely out of control, Prime Minister Chicu said that perhaps already in February there will be not enough money to pay salaries to state employees and pensions ". According to Brinzan, with the victory of Maia Sandu in the presidential elections in Moldova, "the process of purging the political class" has been launched. "The tasks of the new government will be much more difficult than those of the cabinet of ministers, which I joined in June 2019. The state treasury is empty, the economy is at zero, and on top of that, there is also a pandemic! Whoever is in charge government, the task at least not to aggravate the situation until the political class changes, until there is a government for several years, with a specific program for years, to fulfill the tasks outlined by the president - the anti-corruption program, to improve the investment climate, improve the economy, increase salaries, pensions and the fight against the pandemic, "Brinzan listed. He is confident that this should be a government of professionals, not politicians, and they should be results-oriented. "In this case, the final result should be tangible, obvious, consisting of several points: the fight against a pandemic is one. Second: micro- and macroeconomic stability, and third, the improvement of the investment climate. The implementation of these three points will become the final tangible result, and someone must take responsibility for this, " Brinzan emphasized.
