A group of Fulger servicemen, the National Army’s special purpose battalion, together with their Romanian colleagues take part in JCET-2023 (Joint Combined Exchange Training) drills. According to the Ministry of Defense, exercises are held on February 6 to 17 at the training center in Romania.  The purpose of the exercise is to increase the level of interoperability, synchronize operational procedures between servicemen of the two units and practice capabilities to perform special tasks, moldpres.md reports. Officers, NCOs and soldiers from the two armies will be trained in special winter alpine climbing and combat shooting techniques. The JCET exercise is conducted under the 2023 Foreign Activity Plan of the Moldovan Ministry of Defense and National Army.
