Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Igor Lyashenko said that he signed the draft road map and sent it to Moscow for approval. Minsk and Moscow agreed on a road map for the resumption of the transit of Russian oil to Europe and the supply of raw materials to Belarusian refineries. The document was prepared after negotiations between Deputy Prime Ministers of Belarus and Russia Igor Lyashenko and Dmitry Kozak in Moscow on May 16. It contains a list of measures to replace the contaminated Russian oil on the territory of Belarus, Lyashenko said on Sunday, May 19. According to him, he offered to approve the document at the level of Deputy Prime Ministers. The Belarusian side agreed on the road map and sent it to Dmitry Kozak for signing.
