During the videoconference of the Tripartite Contact Group the parties “generally agreed” on the lists of persons held and the date of their exchange. Ukraine will hold another exchange of prisoners with "LDNR" separatists before the Easter celebration - April 19. Announced  the Office of the President on Wednesday, April 8. It is noted that during the videoconference of the Tripartite Contact Group, the parties reached " generally agreed " on the lists of detainees and the date of mutual detainees in the Donbass release - before Easter. “I am grateful that our proposal to work was supported with focus on the result, and in a more intensive mode, including in subgroups and to discuss all issues so that we reach an agreement as soon as possible. Ukraine seeks to increase the effectiveness of the Tripartite Contact Group meetings. We want more significant decisions that would help solve security and humanitarian problems in the Donbass, ", head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak said. Among others, the TCG discussed issues of forces and guard relief and humanitarian mine clearance in the Donbass. Particularly, the parties agreed to provide the OSCE with a list of mine clearance facilities and guarantee security at all sites. In turn, the separatist media reported that Ukraine and the “DPR” agreed to exchange prisoners according to the formula 8 by 10. Recall,  as reported on March 31, the President’s Office was expecting an exchange of prisoners with separatists in the coming weeks. Also earlier, the “DPR” proposed an urgent exchange because of the coronavirus. The separatists said they were ready to exchange prisoners with Ukraine according to the “10 by 8” formula, but Kiev allegedly refused. The "LDNR" provided a list for exchange as well.
