The agreement proposed by the Russian Federation contains clear wording, Peskov said. Moscow is waiting for Kyiv to respond.
The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov on Wednesday, April 20, said that Russia had handed over to Ukraine a draft document.
“Russia has handed over to Ukraine a draft document with clear wording, the ball is on Kyiv’s court,” he said.
Peskov added that the Russian Federation is waiting for a response to its proposals and accused the Ukrainian side of unwillingness to “intensify the process.”
Earlier, the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, Mikhail Podolyak, said that the agreement on security guarantees for Ukraine is being finalized by legal subgroups that take part in negotiations with Russia.
