Moldova's ex-President Igor Dodon commented on the information that Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatii is participating today, September 8, in a meeting of the Rammstein Group, a contact group supporting Ukraine.
“Entering the sphere of NATO military action occurs including through such events, in which the Minister of Defense participates. Has he forgotten the principle of neutrality enshrined in the Moldovan Constitution?” writes Igor Dodon.
The ex-President also recalled Maia Sandu’s participation in the recently held Crimean Platform summit and warned of the consequences of such actions.
“Likewise, Maia Sandu’s participation in the Crimean Platform summit seriously harmed our country’s economic and energy interests. The consequences of the irresponsible rule of this government are costing the Moldovan people dearly,” Dodon noted.
Recall that Defense Ministers of NATO allies and international partners take part in the meeting of Rammstein Group aimed at discussing the current security situation in Ukraine. It takes place in Germany.
