Besides, Didier Casimiro the chairman of board directors and president of Rosneft Trading is included in the sanctions list.  He is also the member of Rosneft board and vice president of refining, petrochemicals, commerce and logistics at the company. "Rosneft Trading and its president acted as intermediaries in to sale and transport Venezuelan oil. The United States is determined to prevent the plunder of Venezuelan oil assets by the corrupt Maduro regime," US Treasury Secretary Stephen Mnuchin said in a statement. The information that the United States may introduce restrictive measures against Rosneft appeared in early February. This is due to the company's participation in the oil business in Venezuela. The head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin, has been on the US sanctions list since 2014.
