According to the border police of Moldova, an increase in the flow of people entering the country from the territory of Ukraine was recorded at the checkpoints Palanca-Maiaki-Udobnoye, Tudora-Starokazachye, Basarabaska - Serpnevo, Kriva-Mamalyga.
There is minimal traffic at other checkpoints, the official Telegram channel of the Moldovan authorities Prima sursă/Primary Source reports.
According to the Border Police on the morning of March 1, the number of people who crossed the border of Moldova in 12 hours was 20, 245.
The message also emphasizes that when crossing the state border on entry into the Republic of Moldova from the territory of Ukraine, Ukrainian citizens are allowed to cross the state border upon presentation of ONE of the identity documents:
- for minors - birth certificate, national identity card, passport;
- for adults - a national identity card (ID card) or passport.
