A quadrilateral meeting on grain exports from Ukrainian ports has started in Istanbul. It was reported by Russian edition of Kommersant on Wednesday, July 13. Delegations from three countries take part in it: Ukraine, Russia, Turkiye and representatives of the United Nations. Note that the talks are held behind closed doors. The Turkish Defense Ministry plans to issue a press release describing the results of the meeting. The publication added a statement by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. According to him, Kyiv is in the final phase of reaching an agreement with Moscow on this issue. He also believes that the resolution of the situation depends on Russia’s own actions.
