Foreign Minister Mihai Popsoi commented on the situation with the possible opening of polling stations in Moldova during the Russian presidential election. He expressed his opinion in an interview with agerpres.ro. “There is no final decision yet, but judging by preliminary discussions, voting in the embassy will probably be allowed, because according to the Vienna Convention and from the practical point of view it is difficult to prohibit it. We are trying to find other solutions. When the final decision is made, it will be announced publicly so that the whole community, both at home and abroad, will be informed,” Mihai Popsoi said.
