Without Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova's membership in the European Union, it is impossible to guarantee the total security of Europe. This was stated on July 20 by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba at a meeting following the summit of the Associated Trio in Batumi, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reports. Furthermore, Kuleba noted that more and more EU countries start thinking in the same paradigm, which can contribute to the European integration of the three countries. At the same time, the minister noted that the future of Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova is in the EU. "The Associated Trio is, in fact, the 'cutting off' our three countries from the 'Russian world', from all these concepts of the 'one people'. We really had a common past with the Russian Federation, but the common future of Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova is in Europe," Kuleba said. Recall that an international conference was held in Batumi, at which the presidents of Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine signed a declaration on cooperation in the field of European integration. President Maia Sandu took the floor, noting that after the parliamentary elections in Moldova, the country has the political will to carry out reforms.
