Today, August 15, 2018, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Vasily Matyushevsky said that his country intends to get a government loan of $ 1 billion from Russia in 2019. The work to receive the loan is already underway. As Matyushevsky said, there is “a fairly constructive interaction”, Prime News Agency reports. Belarus should pay $ 3.7 billion of the external public debt in 2019. The republic would like to refinance 50 percent of them.
