Tymoshenko Urged to Prepare a New Constitution of Ukraine

The head of Batkivshchyna Party, YuliaTymoshenko, called for the drafting of a new “people’s” Constitution of Ukraine. According to the ex-prime minister, the country needs a new Constitution.
