The head of Gazprom said that at present the technological risks are "solved by our capacities," so the pipeline will be finished. At the same time, Miller added, this requires a little more time, but Russia does not have technological obstacles. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin following talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel stated that he had no doubt about Russia's ability to complete the Nord Stream 2 project on its own.
