On Wednesday, December 23, a special session of parliament will discuss the no-confidence vote in the Ion Chicu government. This stated the incumbent President Igor Dodon after meeting with the Speaker of the Moldovan Parliament Zinaida Greceanii and Prime Minister Ion Chicu. Another session of parliament, dedicated to the the newly elected president inauguration will be held on Thursday, December 24. “On Thursday, an extraordinary session of parliament dedicated to the inauguration of the elected president will be held,” Igor Dodon said, noting that on Wednesday, December 23, he will address citizens.
