According to Kuleba, Ukraine has three options for obtaining a vaccine against coronavirus. The first option is the COVAX program. "We can use political instruments to increase the number of vaccines that will be given to us through the COVAX program," Kuleba said. The second option is to ask countries that have purchased significantly more vaccines than they need to sell or transfer the surplus. The third way is negotiations with the manufacturing company and the government of the country where it is located. "There is political influence, that is, you come to the vaccine manufacturer, they say" we are ready, but we need the position of the government of the country where our business is located, "and then you go to the government to negotiate," Kuleba said.
