Despite the fact that we are part of the CIS trade regime, we have been deprived of some of the opportunities that this regime offers, we will continue to discuss with the Russian Federation in order to obtain these advantages and so that Moldovan producers can export both to the West and to the East”, - said the president. At the same time, the head of state said she was open for a visit to Russia. “Now is the period of a pandemic, a political crisis that does not create certain conditions, but we are discussing this through diplomatic channels. We did not discuss the visit, but we are discussing specific issues. I am talking about this with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation. I also wrote several letters, including about the vaccine. We are grateful to them for this vaccine,” Sandu said.
