Popescu: Moldova Condemns Russia’s Plan to Annex Ukraine’s Regions

Nicu Popescu criticizes Russia’s plans to hold referenda in the territories of Ukraine. “Moldova strongly condemns Russia’s plan to annex the occupied regions of Ukraine through so-called referenda.
