Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Andrei Spinu has commented on the accusations of Sor party leader Ilan Sor that he keeps millions in offshore accounts.
The Minister said this is a lie and that he does not have “these accounts and this money,” unimedia.info reported
“I don’t have these accounts and I don’t have this money. All the income and all the assets I have are listed in the declaration. I urge citizens not to listen to the lies.
The thieves are losing opportunities to return to power and are doing everything to discredit the current government. I urge the frauds to return home, go to court and prove that they haven’t stolen from the citizens,” said Spinu.
Recall that Ilan Sor accused Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Spinu of having offshore accounts. Sor claims that more than $40 million (€6.5 million and $36.8 million) are stored in four accounts of Spinu in his name and the names of his companies.
Sor attached to his post some sort of bank statement of these accounts.
