Former Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Spînu claims that he is not afraid of criminal cases against him. He made this statement in a programme on the N4 TV channel. “I am not aware of any cases against me. I was not questioned regarding the topics that had been publicly noted. But I was questioned on the information about Termoelectrica when I was a Minister. Competent institutions publicly say that cases are under investigation. In fact, there is no case against me. The National Anticorruption Center and the Anti-Corruption Prosecution Service mentioned several issues they are investigating. I sleep peacefully and I am not afraid of any criminal case. I know what I did when I was a Minister. I went to provide the country with energy resources and make sure was done within the law,” Andrei Spînu said.
