Lukashenko has Offered Assad Assistance In Reconstructing Syria

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in his telegram of greetings to Bashar Asad in connection with the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries stated his readiness to provide comprehensive assistance in restoration of Syria. “Minsk and Damascus share a view on the need to build a multipolar world”, the Belarusian leader said. “Belarus-Syria relations were tested in a special way during the war on terrorism in Syria. In the hard times, Belarus has always been there, trying to support your aspirations in the fight against this global evil. Today we can see that the war is ending with the victory of the Syrian Arab Army, and the society united under your leadership is returning to normal life”, wrote Lukashenko. “We are ready to provide comprehensive assistance in restoration of Syria”, assured Belarusian President.
