Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova signed a memorandum on creation of an interagency platform for the exchange of experience in the integration of territories not controlled by the governments as well as the counteraction to the Russian Federation. “Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova signed a memorandum on creation of a trilateral interagency platform for the exchange of experience in the integration of territories not controlled by the governments as well as the counteraction to the Russian Federation”, says the report. The document was signed on December 19 in Tbilisi by the Vice Prime Minister for Moldova's reintegration Christina Lesnik, Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine Vadim Chernysh and State Minister for Conciliation and Civil Equality of Georgia Ketevan Tsihelashvili. The tripartite platform provides for the exchange of experience in the field of human rights, countering Kremlin propaganda and information warfare, establishing and maintaining relations with the population living in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Georgia and territories without effective control of the Republic of Moldova, as well as analyzing the situation and assessing risks.
