Europe is already tired of Ukraine, because it does not follow the advice that Western partners give it, said Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid.
“Yes. And the reason for fatigue is that we have been giving the same advice for many years and don’t see Ukraine becoming less corrupt, the economy less oligarchic, and so on”, said Kaljulaid answering the corresponding question of the journalist.
She also added that Estonia understands that part of the EU member states “will still go against the interests of Kyiv for the sake of economic relations with Moscow,” even if Ukraine succeeds in the fight against corruption. Kaljulaid added that the EU will not lift sanctions against Russia in the coming year.
