In Moldova, almost half of the ministers has changed in one day. The reshuffle occurred after the Party of Socialists signed an agreement on creating a coalition with the Democratic Party. What is known about the new ministers delegated by the Democrats to the coalition government. Alexandru Pinzari Alexandru Pinzari was appointed Minister of Defense in the coalition government. From 2016 to June 2019, Pinzari headed the General Police Inspectorate. In June, he was fired at the proposal of the then Minister of the Interior, Andrei Nastase. He stated that Pinzari was directly involved in the events of April 7, 2009, and later served the “criminal oligarchic regime”. After his resignation, Pinzari was interrogated in the case of power usurpation by the Democratic Party. In late January, Pinzari got through the court to be reinstated. A few days later, the government again dismissed him. This time, at his own request. In the income statement for 2019, Pinzari indicated that he received a salary of 30 thousand lei from the Tirex-Petrol company. The Pinzari family has two apartments and two garages. Igor Șarov Igor Șarov replaced Corneliu Popovici as Minister of Education. Șarov worked as secretary of state at the Ministry of Education from 2017 to 2019, and from 2013 to 2017 as vice minister of culture. It should be noted that in 1992 Șarov published the first textbook “History of Romanians” in Moldova. He taught history at Moldovan State University for many years. In 2009 he became dean of the faculty of history and philosophy. According to the income statement for 2019, Șarov received a salary of 259.3 thousand lei. He also received 30 thousand lei from the state university and an allowance of 49.3 thousand lei. Cristina Lesnic Cristina Lesnic replaced Alexandru Flencea as vice premier for reintegration. She held this position in the government of Pavel Filip from 2017 to 2019, and before that she worked in one of the departments of the Ministry of the Interior. In January 2019, Lesnic suspended her powers due to her participation in the parliamentary elections. However, she did not get into the parliament and continued to work as deputy prime minister until the government changed in Moldova. According to the income statement, in 2019, Lesnic earned 128.5 thousand lei. Oleg Țulea Oleg Țulea replaced Aureliu Ciocoi as Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration. From 2015 to 2020, he was the ambassador of Moldova to Hungary. In the previous four years, he was a member of parliament from the Democratic Party. From 2007 to 2009, he was Deputy Chairman of the Socialist Group of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, and from 2004 to 2005 - Secretary of the National Youth Council of Moldova. Sergiu Răilean  Sergiu Răilean replaced Anatol Usatii as Minister of Economy. From 2017 to 2019, Răilean headed the State Services Agency. In summer of 2019, the Maia Sandu government dismissed him. From 2011 to 2017, Răilean was the head of the Registru Information Resource Center. It is also known that Răilean was involved in the sandal hunt in the “Pedura Domnascae” reserve. According to the income statement, in 2019 Răilean earned 549.7 thousand lei (about 78 thousand lei per month). After his dismissal, he received compensation of 219.9 thousand lei and financial assistance of 36 thousand lei.
