The deputy head of Russian presidential administration said that he had discussed in the German capital the conflict in eastern Ukraine with the assistants of the German chancellor. Official Berlin has not commented on the negotiations yet. The deputy head of the presidential administration, Dmitry Kozak, announced that he had negotiations on the conflict resolution in eastern Ukraine with advisers to German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Participants in the "constructive" consultations in Berlin "reached an agreement on further mutual actions for a peaceful settlement of the situation," he said on the Russia-24 television channel on Wednesday, May 13. According to Kozak, the consultations held in Berlin "will give an additional impetus to intensify negotiations" on resolving the situation in the Donbass. The German side at the time of publication of this material did not comment on the negotiations in Berlin with the participation of the deputy head of the Russian president’s administration.
