PAS leader Maia Sandu said she excludes any negotiations with the socialists, and the only solution to the crisis is to hold early elections. “At the moment, I completely exclude any discussions with PSRM and Igor Dodon. We already had this experience. We saw what kind of partners they are,” the PAS leader said, agora.md reports. Responding to the question whether such a dialogue would be possible with deputies from the Shor party or the Pro Moldova group, Maia Sandu said that the only good solution would be the parliamentary elections. “We believe that the only right decision for citizens is early elections. We have 15 deputies, the DA platform has 12 deputies - so, 27 votes can’t change anything,” Sandu added. Recall that earlier the PAS representatives proposed that the head of state resign, and one day for parliamentary and presidential elections be set. “We have proposed a constitutional solution to clear the parliament. If Igor Dodon does not resign, he will have to answer to the citizens,” Maia Sandu said. In this regard, PAS deputy Sergiu Litvinenco appealed to the Constitutional Court to find out whether it is possible to hold early parliamentary elections along with early presidential elections if the head of state Igor Dodon resigns. In response to this, the head of state said that he did not plan to leave his post before his term of office expired.
