The minister also stated that during his visit to Ukraine, he signed a plan for bilateral inter-ministerial consultations with Kuleba until 2023 and proposed holding intergovernmental commission meetings of on trade and economic cooperation in Chisinau. Tsulea invited Kuleba to visit Moldova at any convenient for him time.
