The interlocutors also agreed on Belarusians testing the Russian coronavirus vaccine
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko spoke on the phone on Monday and discussed the situation in Belarus, BelTA news agency reported.
According to the agency, the interlocutors agreed that Belarusians will take part in the third phase of the Russian coronavirus vaccine trials. Belarus will become the first country to arrange vaccine supplies.
Russia is a close ally of Belarus, where mass protests began following the August 9th presidential elections.
