Filip: I Assume There Will Be No Early Elections in the Next Two Years

A new majority alliance may emerge in parliament after the presidential elections and there will be no early parliamentary elections. This is the chairman of the Democratic Party Pavel Filip’s opinion who said that he could sit down at the negotiating table with representatives of the PDS, Platform DA and PSRM. Moreover, he does not believe the Legislative Assembly will be dissolved in the near future,  tv8.md reported. “If the entire political class was responsible, this would mean we must have a broad coalition where all four parties can participate. Filip stated he does not want early elections and believes the parliament will not be dissolved in the near future. “From my point of view we will not have early elections in the next two years,” Filip said.
