Armenia and Azerbaijan confirmed their foreign ministers’ participation in consultations in Moscow, which will take place on Friday, October 9. This reported TASS referring to Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry. She noted that at the moment there is an active preparation for this event. "At the level of foreign ministers," she specified the format of the meeting. Before that, the Kremlin reported having invited the foreign ministers of the two countries for consultations. Earlier, Vladimir Putin held talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the situation in Karabakh. It was also reported that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan discussed Nagorny Karabakh with Putin.
