Armenia and Azerbaijan confirmed their foreign ministers’ participation in consultations in Moscow, which will take place on Friday, October 9. This reported TASS
referring to Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
She noted that at the moment there is an active preparation for this event.
