According to Batrincea, representatives of the five factions created as result of 2019 elections should take part in these discussions: PSRM, PDS, PPDP, PDM and Shor “We, the Socialists, are today initiating informal discussions with the leaders or representatives of the factions that citizens chose in 2019. These are: socialists, PDS, PPDP, PDM and Shor factions. Representatives of these five factions should discuss a legal roadmap for parliament dissolution. We urge everyone to calm down and sit down at the negotiating table,” - Batrincea said,  aif.md  reported. The socialist added that the PSRM is confident in the need to hold early elections in 2021, and the participants in the discussion must decide what to do with the budget, the provision of social payments, government activities, and so on. “We must ensure social and economic stability during the period of parliament dissolution and whilst early elections. Together we must take responsibility for this. When we come to an agreement on this formula, we will make this plan public,” Vlad Batrincea stressed.
