Igor Dodon called on opposition politicians, who had previously stated that they would not sit down at the negotiating table with him and the PSRM deputies, to "relax." He claimed that "there will come time when the opposition itself will ask for a dialogue." Dodon said it was too early saying whom the PSRM will form a coalition with after possible early parliamentary elections,  zdg.md reported. “It is early talking about coalitions, we need to see when the elections will take place, what conditions they will be held in. I believe the parliamentary elections will take place in May. I know that the opposition wants to organize them as soon as possible, but the euphoria passes very quickly. People think it will be better this way and the expectations are very high. I would advise my opponents to calm down, take a deep breath, maybe have some tea and understand that dialogue is needed. People, relax. You still have to sit down with us at the negotiating table. Time will pass, and you yourself will come to talk to us. You will find yourself in a situation when only dialogue can serve the interests of citizens,” Dodon said. Earlier in his last press statement, President Igor Dodon addressed his political opponents, saying that "everything is only beginning."
