The Constitutional Court ruled that the PAS deputies appeal to dissolve the parliament was inadmissible. This announced the chairman of the Constitutional Court Domnica Manole at a press briefing on January 18, unimedia.info reported. On December 31, PAS deputies Mihai Popsoi, Dan Perciun and Virgiliu Pislariuc asked the Constitutional Court to clarify the provisions of the Constitution in order to clarify the possibility of dissolving parliament through a legislative forum decision on this issue by a two-thirds majority. The MPs asked the Court to clarify the way the parliament can decide to dissolve itself and thus provoke early elections.
