Alexandru Slusari, chairman of the DTPP faction, does not exclude that the Constitutional Court may refuse to dissolve the parliament. The statement came after Maia Sandu re-nominated Natalia Gavrilitsa for the post of Prime Minister, publika.md reported. “We have taken this decision into consideration. This is her (Maya Sandu's) right. In our opinion, we are close to a constitutional impasse. When Ms. Sandu goes to the Constitutional Court to confirm the circumstances of parliament dissolution, there is a high risk that in this case the court will refuse,” Slusari said.
